Our 2024 Horse Trailer brings a whimsical, boutique aesthetic to your private property, offering a sophisticated "dry hire" model where you provide the spirits and we provide the magic. From hand-crafted botanical mocktails to signature artisanal cocktails, we focus on high-quality ingredients and whimsical presentations that spark conversation and make your small event feel like a grand celebration.

  • The Cocktail Path: Unlimited spirit variety! We are happy to pour any spirits, beer, and wine you provide. Includes 2 classic signature mixers.

  • The Mocktail Path: 2 garden-fresh craft mocktails using seasonal fruits and botanicals.

  • The Goods: Our signature mobile bar, a custom spirits shopping list, and high-quality eco-conscious cups.

    Base package investment includes 4 hours of service for up to 50 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the base investment remains the same to cover full trailer production and logistics. Additional guests: $8/pp.

The Vibe: A luxury boutique bar experience where every glass is a masterpiece. This is our most exclusive tier, designed for those who want a completely hands-off, high-end production.

  • Total Package Investment: $3,270

  • Guest Count: Up to 60 guests.

  • Staffing: 2 Elite Professional Bartenders. Even for smaller groups, this tier includes dual staffing to ensure zero wait times and meticulous cocktail presentation.

  • The Window: 5 hours of dedicated service (+ 3 hours for meticulously styling, prepping botanicals, and breaking down the mobile bar).

  • The Signature Champagne Toast: Included as a standard feature. We handle the chilling, precision pouring, and formal bar-side or tray-passed presentation of your bubbly for your event’s big "Cheers!" moment.

  • The Full Palette: A 100% bespoke menu of 4 signature drinks total. We work with you to craft a custom flavor profile that perfectly represents your event.

  • The Finish: Every drink is a work of art, finished with fresh-clipped botanical herbs and edible flowers.

  • The Ease: Served exclusively in premium TOSSWARE crystal-clear, shatterproof vessels. We also coordinate directly with your liquor store for delivery—you just show up and sip.

🍋 The Infused Hydration Station ($125) Keep your guests refreshed with a styled station featuring oversized glass dispensers and seasonal fruit-infused waters (think: Cucumber-Mint or Strawberry-Basil). (Included in the Mingle Signature).

🕒 The "Just One More" Hour ($250 per hour) Not ready for the party to end? We’re happy to keep the pours flowing! Includes an additional hour of active service and professional staffing.

🍹 Bespoke Craft Mocktails ($3.00 per guest) Ensure your non-alcoholic options are just as sophisticated as your cocktails. We’ll design a botanical-forward mocktail menu using our house-made syrups and fresh-clipped herbs.

💎 Premium Glassware Upgrade ($3.00 per guest) Elevate any package with our crystal-clear, shatterproof TOSSWARE vessels. This upgrade ensures a fresh, glass-like vessel for every round, featuring the elegant weight of real glass with the safety of high-end acrylic. (Included in the Grand Solo Reserve).
